After this job, I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else. If I could give a 20, I would! The experience from first contacting them was a relief, after being told by another shop would be months longer to bring it in. The receptionist was incredibly helpful and understanding. William was very diligent in keeping me well informed on timing and the details. When I arrived to pick up my car, I was blown away by the quality of the repair and returning it back even better than before. Our blue sapphire Honda CRV was glistening like the gem she was created to be - no kidding! The attention to detail was superb and when I thanked the shop manager, he was personally handling the final finish of another lucky customer to be sure it was done right. A superb team and quality leadership. Well done. Our entire family- 92 and 87 year old Moms and my husband and I were delighted with the results. Car Pros took what was a terrible time into something we will remember fondly because of their support and that of Enterprise rental and State Farm. Mahalo nui from our ‘Ohana to yours. ❤️

I went to Body Pros for an insurance claim on my work van door and they did am amazing job. Good communication, easy going with my van pick up and they even washed my van and polished the tires!

I’ve heard how great Body Pros is not once but many times from a lot of people. Everyone always has good words about this shop, the magic the staff can do. Then I get to experience the remarkable job the workers can do.

Calling them to schedule an estimate was easy, they told me they can see my car the next day, drove there they took photos and was done quick. Parts were ordered and arrived fast, they scheduled repairs and car done in a week ( length of repair varies depending on how big the damage is).
To Bob and most especially William, and all the staff you guys did an amazing work! I can’t take you enough!

They did a great job with our repair! The work was done quickly and the car rental place was right across the street. Customer service was great. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and definitely bring any future body work here in the future.

I would highly recommend Hilo Body Pros!! This is the second time I went to them for my car and they are very welcoming, they are so helpful makes you feel like everything’s going to be ok… and I tell you getting my car back and seeing the quality work they did not only made me feel happy every time I look at my car makes me smile ? and the timing that they had to fix my car they sure made it!! They’re On Point!! I’ll forever go to them for any of my body work!!

I wouldn't ever recommend this place to get your service done unless you want them to joy ride your vehicle and use up more than 1000 miles added to your car and not knowing where tf they had taken it within the 4 days it was left with them! PLEASE I repeat DONT trust these heartless people! They will rip you off big time, they are the worst company and it's sad to say that they are shady and unprofessional! This is the first time that this shit happened to me! I wouldn't ever go back. These people are using your car to go out and who knows where the fuck they are taking your car! It's disgusting!!! 0 ratings PERIOD!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! I was robbed and now I gotta deal with this shit with my insurance company and I hope and pray they will do something about it ASAP! very unacceptable!

The worst f**** place to ever get your car fixed. Wtf is wrong ? They racked up 1500 miles in 4 fucking days. That's messed up bro! I just picked up my car and noticed it ! I have all the proof written on the receipt given! I cannot believe anyone or even a legal BIG COMPANY? Would do such thing. I feel so robbed, I cannot believe any one would trust a company like this after what happened to me. Did anyone ever get stolen from like this ? Damn this is so messed up! Especially when they already charge $3000+ to fix repair to start of with!. Very unprofessional and deceitful!

I had to have a dent on my car's front bumper cover replaced because had a dent in it. I called Body Pro to make an estimate appointment and they told me when to bring my car in for the estimate. They emailed me the estimate that afternoon. I told them I want it done and they had to order the part. When it came in they called me with the date I could bring my car to the. I asked about how log the repairs take and they told me about two days, as I needed to make a car rental reservation. I rented fro Enterprise as I always rent from them. They are located just across from Body Pro.when my car was ready I went to pick it up I noticed my car was completely clean and the outside side was shining as they washed it. They always do a great job repairing my car. This is the second time I had to bring in my cars to Body Pro to have them repaired and as always Body Pro do a great job. I highly recommend Body Pro to everyone.

They've used Impact wrench to put my license plate after a new paint on the bumper and that's the result. You can see on the picture it was force in.

Really great service and my car looks brand new! They said it would take 5 days... brought my car in on a Monday and picked it up on a Friday. Having enterprise right across the street is super convenient. Highly recommend.

I had a positive experience with this shop. They made my car door repair a breeze. They made the experience feel fast and easy. Lisa in the office was always kind and friendly. Highly recommend choosing them as your body shop especially for an insurance claim.
