“I had a small issue with a product from Big Island Candies. After contracting them they explain that it was probably from me not storing their product properly. That explanation was fine with me as I don't mind taking responsibility for my actions. Much to my surprise they sent a replacement plus. There are very few companies as honest and customer aware as Big Island Candies. As a side note their products are delicious 5 stars +++.”
