They absolutely suck!!
They did not put parts on correctly, kept my vehicle in there for 3 months, did my intake valve and it’s still leaking!! I felt like they rushed my vehicle. already put a lot!! Of Money into it and now I’m putting much more because of there lack of care.
Any big job on your vehicle do not come here I don’t recommend now if you want your tire to be put on sure maybe they can figure that out for you or maybe not. Also they stated they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my vehicle well now I know why because back in February I dropped of my heads and they did a valve job on the heads
Then May I dropped off my vehicle because I was still having the same codes and issues mind you my vehicle was in the shop for three months total come to find out they did not even do my valve job correctly in the beginning lmao smh! Yea i don’t recommend everyone was saying they do a great job well i disagree very careless.

Through thick and thin for the past ten years Chase and his team have stuck with me and my vehicles keeping me out of the new car market. From complete vehicle modification on my Jeep Wrangler, to routine maintenance and major repair on everything else, the service is always excellent and well-priced. These guys know their stuff and I highly recommend them for any type of vehicle issue. I’ll be a lifetime customer.

My car will ONLY be coming here. The CARSS crew is super friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. It’s not about charging an arm and a leg with them. The owner provided an initial quote on a recent repair (major) that was pretty up there, and without me even asking, he did extensive research to find ways to save me money. I truly appreciate honest people with integrity to boot. Usually, shops can't wait to charge you an arm and a leg, but not here at CARSS. I was actually blown away that the owner (Chase) did that. That’s definitely not something you see every day—Mahalo nunui to the CARSS crew for taking great care of my baby.

We needed service ASAP - we had company coming in at KOA airport on Tuesday and we brought the car in on Monday to charge the AC. Very nice new building with air-conditioned waiting room, coffee and comfortable chairs.
