Gilbert Carvalho Park is a great little park with a playground that is fun for older kids and capable toddlers, best for ages 3 and up. It offers lots of space to run, a big pavilion, and covered picnic areas with BBQ spots. The park features a beautiful little stream with a perfect wading pool and a unique Portuguese bread oven. Restrooms are easily accessible. While it could use more shade near the playground, it is a delightful spot for early morning or late afternoon playtime with lots of parking available.
Nice pavilion. Clean restrooms. Nice ballpark. Make sure to clean up after your dog.

Great little park. Needs more shade close to the playground but I love this spot for early morning or late afternoon playtime.Playground: Great for 3+ in my opinion.Restrooms: The usual park bathroom vibes.Dog-friendliness: Lots of space to run!Picnic area: Pavillions and BBQ areas available.
