Rushed me on both appointments. During initial exam I remember telling him to slow down while doing some of the procedures. Second appointment I explicitly said, do not rush me while he was pulling the papers out of my hand as I was still signing and looking over them. Not a good doc. There are better guaranteed.

My husband James just enjoyed his appointment with him today. Impressed that he didn't have to dialate his eyes and through his records from previous O.D. he scheduled Lazer surgery with Dr. Brandon Lee. And he is my O.D. too. We recommend Cedric Mitsui O. D. in Hilo. J & K Fernandez

Rudest doctor I’ve ever met. Prescribed me contacts that scratched my cornea so bad I can’t wear contact lenses anymore. When I told him they hurt he said “get over it.”
