andy has been doing my nails for maybe half a year to a year now. he always does the best job and always reccomends the best things for my nails. he also always listens to what i want and makes it happen.
i am happy to say my nails have been so healthy now.
sad to see him leave, he will be missed!😢

I am not the one to EVER complain.. but this was absolutely horrible service + worst nails I have ever gotten. The nail lady didn’t even shape my shapes.

I stopped by this nail salon to kill some time before dinner and am glad I did! I did a gel service with Oanh and she did an amazing job 👏 The massage was luxurious. Most importantly, she was gentle with my cuticles, unlike many other nail salons I've been to on island who've cut me. I will definitely come back to Coco Nails when I'm Hilo side again.

Mind you I haven’t got my nails done in quite some time. I asked for flat white mountain peak shaped nails. This is what I received. I understand the language barrier for confusion but my nails turned out horrible. I paid $130 for these. My cuticles look horrid, I have attached pictures to support. I won’t be coming here again in the future. Definitely not worth $130.

Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. This place is a joke. looks like some staff has been let go. I was seated immediately then left to soak in luke warm water for 20 minutes. No tablet was put in water. No nice bubbles to relax in. the basin was not working. the lady I got polished my toes with old nail polish that was lumpy, gooey and thick. she looked at me like I had three heads for bringing it to her attention she continued to polish my toenails and then proceeded to tell me it's better if I use gel because I don't need to wait that long to dry. I get that but I was in no rush. clearly she wasn't making a lot of money off me so she was not happy to give me the service i paid for. . I am on a fixed income and I treated myself for a spa day and was severely disappointed. All the young girls r gone. And they have old crabby ladies who don't have the least bit of respect for customers who choose their establishment to spend their hard earned money at. Get what u pay for i guess. Won't be going back.

Rose did a great job on my nails, we also had Julie do my oldest daughters nails, and I didn’t get the name of the 2 other ladies that did our pedicures, but everyone did such great job! So reasonably priced! The salon was clean, the nail artist took their time with the designs and just did a very good job with us , even as last minute walk-ins! We will be back!! The only complaint I have, is I had to pay 4 different people on Venmo for tip , and it wasn’t clear what I owed each of them, so I just hope everyone got the 20% they deserved because I got confused with who got what.

Was visiting Hilo for the day. Asked a friend who did her nails. She said Coco Nails. We did a walk-in and we're seated immediately. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I like simple nails and decided on the cat eye gel color in pink. I love how my nails turned out. The shop is clean and beautifully decorated with calming colors and decor. Glad we to my friend's advice. Will be out go to place when we hop over to Hilo. Mahalo Nui Coco Nails!!

Very disappointed in this pedicure :( the lines were all very off not same size and in the past when I’ve gotten French tips it’s stayed for week but this started chipping next morning… but as an artist myself I can’t help but cringe at the shapes of both big toes being so different… wish I could say it was a great experience but unfortunately not

I walked in without an appointment and was able to get a deluxe pedicure right away. The salon appeared to be very clean, and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommend Tracy who helped me, she was very thorough and did a great job. I'm glad I got the deluxe because the massage was awesome. I was very pleased with the pedicure and will be back. Highly recommend this salon.

Amazing service, fair prices. they even fixed my chipped nail 2 weeks after I came in for free. I will come back anytime I’m in Hilo. Location in the mall is really convenient too!

Regular place was closed so I decided to try this place inside Prince Kuhio Mall. Asked to have acrylic nails removed and gel polish done on natural nails. They ripped two of my nails trying to tear my acrylic nails off, tore my skin and drew blood (I've never had anyone remove acrylic nails the way they did). I had to ask to have the nail clippers and do it for them. They didn't push back my cuticles and didn't fully remove the acrylic or my old nail polish and filing was sloppy. I had chosen a cat eye gel polish and they did such a weird job with the magnet. I wish I had just done it at home rather than spending two hours and $85.

Cindy always does an amazing job with mani/pedi and nail art! She is gentle, yet has a firm pressure for massage, which I really appreciate!

Just left, very unsatisfied, nails jaggedy, polish not smooth at all, had an appointment but had to wait a half hour before even told to have a seat, overall terrible experience
