“This is the first time I have rented u haul and it surely won’t be my last. This location was great Juan was very friendly through the process and hooking up our trailer! In particular the u haul district manager Rey was the kind of person you’d hope for in all customer service. My family had some issues our truck broke down with the u haul trailer upon returning. We got roadside assistance. There were some miscommunications and I had a hefty charge I didn’t understand. Rey handled my questions and frustration with absolute grace and understanding. He listened to what I had to say, asked questions and really TRIED to understand my situation. Needless to say he ended up refunding me ( under circumstances he really did not need too)and restoring my faith in humanity. One small act of kindness and understanding can make the world of difference to someone. Thank you u-haul, you did more then just rent me a trailer to start a new journey you gave me a hope that the worlds not all bad, and there’s still people here with aloha in there heart ❤️”
