I am from the state of Texas, I came to visit Hilo for vacations and forgot my products for hair at home, I tried to buy from this store the items I needed, it was about 10 mins before closing, I chose what I needed and went to the front desk to pay, it was about two minutes after I entered the store.The cashier, an asiatic lady, asked for my certification ID, I provided my phone number to search for my ID number, she did not find it and refuse to search for the number any other way, replying that she did not had time for this.Now, if you let a client go in before closing time, you know you suppose to help them, if you do not want to help, why let the client go in? I am confused, and disappointed at this employee, she was rude and cheap.?I have been a Cosmetologist for more than 20 years and I was never treated so wrong at any of the professional product stores any where I go.You can not expect to make business with employees like her, sorry to say that.
