We went in Hilo CVS on Puainako. Everyone was so grouchy and looked sad. I wish they were more friendly. I don’t know if they were having a bad day but it didn’t look good. Get more people who are happy with their job.

Nell the gentlemen that was busy on the floor ask me to wait 2 seconds . Helped me to unlock the batteries and he also became my cashier and got me out the door. The best service was rendered . Thank you Mr Nell ALOHA and I hope you have the rest of a wonderful day

In this day of technology and entitlement it was so refreshing to walk in with an employee greeting you with a sincere Smile. They were priceless with their kindness and helpful attitude of caring. ALOHA is definitely alive at Longs Drugs Puainako!

If I could give this Longs/CVS no stars it would be a more accurate review. That being written it's a shame what CVS has done to the great name of Longs. It's filthy, the staff are either rude or just plain not helpful.We asked for an item that was kept behind a counter and after some huffs from the associates were told where to go. Surprise no one works in that area. We waited leaning over the counter to see the items available eventually after about 10 minutes we found someone to ask for assistance. The young woman walked away with out a word and a few minutes later someone came to get the item.It was carried up to the self checkout registers and handed to us to ring up our self. But it needed an ID verification so we had to wait for that to be done by the associate who walked away. Thirty minutes to get 1 item in a store that is cluttered with tripping hazards and just plain dirty. Not sure if I want to return

As we stood browsing picture frames in the photo department, a very pleasant staff member greeted us and asked if we needed help. Super friendly photo department! These days, you can't even find anyone to help you if you had a question! We found the picture frames we wanted and went to check out. The cashier was very considerate is packing the picture frames so they don't get scratched. This store is the embodiment of Aloha spirit and totally deserves 5-stars!

We visited Longs Drugs CVS at the Puainako Shopping Complex Hilo store yesterday and received excellent service from Jessica. She greeted us at the register and asked if we found the items we needed. We were very happy with her help and will be coming back to this store. Thank you very much Jessica!

Jennifer O is an intelligent, hardworking, friendly, helpful, patient, efficient \\u0026 courteous employee who knows the merchandise in the store \\u0026 if needed, will take you to the area of another product if what you want is unavailable. I also have seen her helping multiple customers @ the self checkout area. Whether she is on the floor or at the register, Jennifer O is a valuable asset to her employer. Thanks to Jennifer O, customers have a good shopping experience @ Longs.

This may not be the nicest Longs but I came here out of convenience as I was need of water and tea for a long day on the road. And they had both, at prices that I expected (similar to or slightly better than a gas station).

Consultant LT the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. Rude employees with seemingly no concern for the patients they service. Regularly forget to text when the Rx is ready. Occasionally does not fill the script and no contact to let the patient know they won't fill it. Regularly out of the medications their patients need.
