UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST: DLS is simply bad news. They are disorganized, unprofessional and dishonest. They "lost" all of my paperwork in less than 24 hours after my Dr. had sent it. I explained I was going in for my medical procedure the following day and desperately needed the test. So DLS then lied to my face saying they would contact my Dr. to follow up. My Dr. and I waited for nearly an entire day without any contact from DSL and with the procedure scheduled less than 20 hours later were left scrambling to find an alternative. The fact that DLS "lost" paperwork is one thing, but to tell me they would address their incompetence - and then do nothing- is pure BS! DLS could not care less. Not one person from DLS ever bothered to contact me after loosing my paperwork to apologize. They're simply in it to 'work the (insurance) system'; you are just another 'dollar' to them.
