Worst rental ever. Got a jeep for 5 days and they made wrong charges on Mt card, charging drop fees that were not true. I had to call more than 10 times to get a refund for the drop fee, all that during my trip, wasting my time on Big Island. The manager was suppose to call me 4 times and never did. Do not rent from them

This was one of the car companies that offered a cheaper price. The whole process was easy and fuss free and Rose was amazing!! She was friendly, helpful, the sweetest, really. Even offered some recommendations on what to do and what to eat on the island. The car seemed new and in good condition. We had an amazing drive. Definitely recommend this.

Rented to tour the island. The original renter in our party actually had an expired licence unknown to all of us. Kelli was amazing. We were able to cancel that reservation and rebook under my husband and his card. We didn’t get penalized for our error. Return was seamless and as we were discussing lack of cabs and over priced Ubers the gentleman from Enterprise who checked our vehicle back in (wished I caught his name) directed us to the free community bus that would take us back to port. We waited less than 5 minutes on the orange benches. So even after the rental ended, the staff at Enterprise continued to go above and beyond. Our bus driver was amazing too! In fact numerous other people trying to figure out getting back to port joined us on the bus!

I used Enterprise Car rental in Hilo Hawaii at the airport. They are in a very convenient location, right across the street from the airport.The employees were quick and polite, and got us on our way in a matter of minutes. Same way with our return. It's never been as easy and pleasant as it is at this location.

Super quick and easy. The one lady did however make it seem like I was a terrible burden on her and her day. But the gentleman when we returned the car was super friendly and made our experience much better. Prices were fair as well.

Pretty awesome! I had a economy car reserved but didn't have any available so I got upgraded to a full size car! It was very nice! Thank you Enterprise!

A vehicle we rented broke down and we were stuck for approximately 4 hours on the side of the road about 15 - 20 mins away from Hilo. Even tho we arrived at this location frustrated with the enterprise roadside assistance process, the workers this location made it very easy and simple for us. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
