This was my first time returning an item through Fed Ex, so I was a bit worried. I asked for their assistance to print a shipping label. The worker was very patient and helpful. She assisted me with properly taping up the box, adhering the shipping label and providing me a receipt with a tracking number. I was very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

A wonderful crew, fast and friendly. Timely deliveries with absolutely zero issues. I don't understand why they got bad reviews, and so I just had to write something about my own experiences at this FedEx, located by the airport. I have been going to this location for years now, I have an account with FedEx and ship items once or twice a week. I have NEVER been treated badly or rudely by ANY of the employees at this location. They are very helpful, always suggesting the fastest and cheapest way to ship my packages. They do a fantastic job, and that is NOT something that can be said of most businesses. On top of that, all of my packages have arrived on schedule and without damage of any kind. I would have no problem recommending this FedEx location to a friend or family member, and so I also would recommend it to YOU, reader of my posting.

I have two packages, identical addressee and addresses, from same shipper, both delivered the same day from the same truck. How can one package end up on the other side of town with someone else while I received the other package. Not sure what the driver was thinking ? This is the second time this has happened !!! And when you look up tracking, it says “Delivered”. Guess it doesn’t matter if it’s the right person or not. Confidence level went way down with this one ! May need to look into replacing the driver with someone not as lazy or careless.

A person plays high fees for shipment to a residence and then always gets a text that I have to pick the package up in person. No call, no service. Ripoff business!

I never received my package. Waiting 5days when it should be overnight. While tracking my package it kept saying pending. Finally after 5 days I went down to FesEx ship center and was told my address doesn't exist. No one called knowing it should've been delivered to my home. Very disappointed with the service.

I called the local outlet directly along several outlets in California to find out about shipping policies and requirements. The automated answering system had me running in circles, ending nowhere but in a state of anger and frustration. In all my calling, I did not speak to a live person, not once.
