Thanks for the call for pickup, if only Amazon would direct FedEx deliveries to desired address instead of the default General delivery
Also if UPS can also allow pickup, and/or call.
Drone delivery would be great !

Frustrating to watch the tracking say out for delivery then back at terminal for delivery the next day only to have the same thing g happen...really!?!?!?!?!!

I had a great experience at the FedEx Ship Center at the Hilo Airport. When I arrived, my shipping label was messed up and I was worried about missing my deadline. The staff there were extremely helpful, patient, and professional. They quickly assisted me in reprinting my label, made sure my package was properly processed, and answered all my questions. Their friendly attitude and willingness to go above and beyond made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend this location for anyone shipping packages in Hilo!

Considering I've told explained my address multiple times that due to medical reasons I'm unable to drive and can't pick up my ( glucerna) packages. The driver keeps coming to my complex drives around it a few times never delivers and all I get is calls from fed ex to go get my packages in person.
I want to say....
After alllll the drama of no delivery..
It was a male who couldn't find my address
OF COURSE A FEMALE MILITARY DRIVER CAME TO MY RESCUE AND DELIVERED
POINT IS
IF YOU NEED SOMETHING DONE RIGHT
ASK A WOMAN TO DO IT

FedEx is the best. Super service from the drivers. First class service. They put my stuff in plastic bags since our road is dusty and over my fence. Thank you

I wont even buy things online if fedex is the shipper. No problem with any other shipper, ups, usps, dhl, all good, but for some reason fedex cannot deliver my boxes.Impossible to reach local office, customer service 800 number no help, I hate fedex so much
