  Horrible horrible horrible service 2:40 told me they are closed when I came in asking to use the restroom with my daughter! I'm a disabled veteran and a member of a sharing branch and man do I wish I could use my main branch and not this one but unfortunately I have to come back tomorrow! I have horrible anxiety and just meeting with one of there notaries was a horrible experience! but I have to do what I have to do and this is the only sharing branch! If you can avoid this branch do! would not even do one star honestly and rather pay for another notary at another bank then come here again now that I am thinking about it while writing this review! also they still require masks even after mandate dropped today date is 4/10/22 also the notary just continued to add five dollars barely looked over the forms and I looked at them in front of her and realized I only needed to have one parent sign two forms so it was just ten dollars if it was $5 per signature needed! The notary made me feel like I was in a nail salon adding $5 every time she spoke she was trying to tell me it was $20 but after I looked clearly at both forms I realized I only needed technically two signatures! so beware of being up charged make sure you know your s****

  This my original credit union and I highly recommend it. They have updated their procedures and equipment over the years. The staff is friendly and efficient and don't forget to get their Maebo chips to support the staff in their midnight madness walk against cancer fundraiser.
