This great little shop is tucked away right on hualalai off of Kilauea. Ray has a great revolving selection of antique, vintage, and collectible items. You could spend hours if you really took your time. It's like the best of estate sales and yard sales all in one place and at very good prices. He's willing to negotiate especially when buying more than one thing... which you will want to. If you're into music, lots of musical instruments for sale, especially guitars. Stop in and support local ?

One of the best thrift stores on the Big Island. He has a large variety of things. If you need it he probably has it. Prices are very fair and he is super friendly. Love, love, love. Will shop there as often as I can.

Tucked away in Hilo there is a hidden treasure chest of antiques, collectables, and memorabilia. Now, you’ve probably driven by this ole home-style store a dozen times and not even looked twice. But with a keen eye you’ll see a vintage surfboard hanging on the wall next to a sign that reads, “Antiques”.I wasn’t looking for anything in particular, nonetheless I was a curious cat so I veered on in. It was like stepping back in time. Think about any decade and you’ll find something cool. The atmosphere is kinda like going to your grandparents house, patina with a sprinkle of dust. And throughout every corner you’ll discover some randomly distinctive knickknacks.A few things that caught my eye and sent me back were the collectable toys, coins, guitars, skateboards, furniture, kitchenware, glasses, and of course the vintage records. My personal favorite was a record of "Pink Floyd – The Dark Side of the Moon." As the nostalgia echoed memories from my past an hour maybe two flew bye, and yet I could have spent the rest of my afternoon there lost in time. The keeper of this treasure chest is Ray. He’s a super chill dude with a great sense of humor and plenty of talk story too. Ray knows his stuff and can tell you anything you need to know about anything you find in his treasure chest.A famous Captain named Jack Sparrow once said, “Not all treasure’s silver and gold, mate.”

I hate to say it but everything looks dirty and broken and overpriced...... when I ask around it seems to be the consensus..... Ray seems to make things up. Buyer Beware

Great thrift shop! Fills a major void on the Big Island. Cool vintage items, great period pieces, and - in my case - an excellent source for feeding my antique bottle habit! Thanks, Ray! Let me know if you find any uranium pieces!
