Michelle Lee provided wonderful customer service. She went above & beyond to help me get all my tax needs figured out. There was a few things delaying me receiving my taxes. She was even willing to meet up with me on her first day of vacation just to help me get what I needed. It's hard to find people that provide the type of customer service she has. I highly recommend her ♥ Thank you Michelle!

The guy Joe was "helping" me. I had to repeat myself multiple times. I contstantly had to tell him "im not doing pay stubs!" he didn't know what he was looking at on my documents and when other customers with appointments came in, instead of telling them that he's EXTREMELY slow he blamed me. The customer! And degraded me infront of others. "Unfortunately this lady has like 3 different tax documents to go through" he has also rounding all my numbers to the $ in the system. He also said my cost was going to be $500 for my returns when I had the same thing last year and it was not that much. I don't know who hired this guy but PLEASE don't go to him!

This is the same operation as the location in Walmart. It's very difficult to get support if they make a mistake with your return, like banging your head against a desk and throwing your cell phone off a cliff kine frustrating.
