Amazing cheerful people! We just went in to resize my husbands wedding ring. The guy was so fun, and energetic and helped my husband with such humor and care! While we waited a sales girls cane by asked I bought my ring at Kay’s looked up our account and checked my settings to make sure nothing was loose then cleaned and polished it. We both left the store with sparkling rings and a very nice feeling!

My husband purchases all my jewelry from Kay. We love the service we get even with repairs or cleaning. Staff gives you their full attention and make sure you leave happy. Its been 23 years of excellent service.

Not happy nor feeling confident we will actually get our wedding ring! This store is full of incompetent employees. We purchased my finances wedding band and for his size it had to be ordered. Which we did, and the lady helping us took my card, charged it then scribbled on a piece of scratch paper my confirmation number and said our receipt would be emailed to us and that our ring would arrive by Dec 3rd and they would call us the day before to let us know it arrived safely. Instead we get no email receipt and no call. So we go in on Dec 4th (today) and spend nearly 40 minutes while three girls and then one manager can't seem to tell us what has happened to our ring! Finally they print me out a receipt because I demanded it, then they tell me they have no way of knowing where the ring is or tracking it. They ask when our wedding is and tell us not to worry it will arrive in time. Yah right. They have no clue and it was written all over thier faces! At this point if it does not arrive with in the next couple days, I will demand a refund and take my business elsewhere and file a BBB complaint! You don't mess with peoples lives like this! Either do your job right or go home! ?

Customer service is very poor. Both sales person are too lazy to assist us. My mom is looking for a jewelry as a gift to my dad They told us someone has an appointment at 11:30am and told us to comes back 12:30pm they were free on that time and doing nothing. But anyway we end up going to zales, wrote down our name and called us in so fast. Entertain us for 1 hour and my mom end up buying a gold watch and a gold necklace. I think kay jewelry needs to improve their customer service

This people think they are better then us they judge by the way we look I ordered a ring for my wife it's been 3 weeks now and still no ring I spoke to lisha on the phone and she immediately just said you're rings not ready but the rudest way possible then I said I needed the ring for me and my wifes anniversary and she was eighter trying to be funny or just plain rude saying is it today please people do not go here and buy anything from them go somewhere else
