Keaukaha General Store is a locally owned and operated convenience store on the Big Island of Hawaii. It is a warm, welcoming, and friendly place for the community and visitors. It is a great place to stop on the way to the beaches or cold water pond beaches, acting as a convenient one-stop shop with everything needed, including many goodies and snacks. The food is great, with the spam musubi noted as being excellent with a perfect rice to spam ratio. The shakes and drinks, like the Molokai, are also recommended. The staff is nice, awesome, and helpful, making it a pleasure to visit.
This general store is so cute and the workers are such lovely people. Absolutely adored their spam musubi and the shrimp chips. Their canned lattes were so refreshing and delicious. Everything here at this store is amazing quality!! 10/10

Love keaukaha general but the musubis are so hit or miss these days, not so much with flavor but the rice texture is different almost everyday, one day the rice is good, and musubi is a bit smaller but the next day it’s huge and the rice is mush. I still Love KGS tho

Ono spam musubi, hot food. big selection of chips and snacks. My favorite store when in Hilo.
