“It’s been years since I’ve been on the big island but I remembered using the Downtown Laundry Express and am happy to see that they continue to provide a clean space with lots of washers and dryers of various sizes. Best of all, their customer service continues to be exceptional. Today, Tasha patiently helped me get a new laundry card, determined the minimum needed to wash the amount of laundry I had, and showed me how to use the machines. Thank you Tasha! “Awesome laundromat, they have brand new machines with fair prices with today’s inflation. Female blonde attendant was a little rude. But the asian guy with glasses and beard I’m guessing the owner? was super cool he was pulling coins and noticed my wife and I needed help with our machine he stopped what he was doing and helped us and came back after to help us carry our clothes we are elderly so if you see this mahalo plenty we will definitely be back here again just based on hospitality and customer service from the owner. I highly recommend!”
