I was in crazy trouble this year. I'd hired a CPA in Kona at the end of last year and when January rolled around, she went silent. Nothing I did could get her to respond. I started calling a bunch of other CPA's - they either flat out would not answer my initial inquiry or I was told they couldn't take me on. By mid-March, I was pretty desperate.....At the suggestion of one of those CPA's, I called Liberty Tax. Someone actually answered the phone!! Her name was Susan. She was kind, she was friendly - and moreover, she was calm! She offered to look at what I had. Two days later, she agreed to do my taxes. The relief was incredible. I'd been under such enormous stress. What does a business owner do in such a circumstance??? I feel like I really lucked out.My taxes were filed on the 8th. Phew!!I kept thinking that I needed a CPA to handle my taxes - that's what former CPA's had assured me. But you know what? These folks at Liberty Tax did one heck of a job.And they will have my business from here on out.Thank you!!

I have had Connie prepare my Tax returns for around 20 years. Liberty Tax is professional, up to date, efficient, and most importantly, they are able to ask the right questions! Also, they will stand by you and help out if you have questions throughout the year. They have the latest software so they can file instantly, and they prepare everything so you don't have to mail anything in! They do charge a little more for our returns because they are complicated with some business income and expenses, and some out of state returns as well, but they have all of the software so they are able to accurately and expediently get your returns in on time! Highly recommend!

Great service! I have been using liberty tax service for years. There has been many times I have needed things throughout the year and they are just a phone call away or a quick stop in to the office.

I was charged 6x times more to do my taxes here than anywhere in my entire life. When everything was said and done she told me the price, almost fainted...should've asked for my stuff back and walked out the door. Don't waste your time and money on this place. Better options everywhere.

Excellent service / Friendly / Fast / Professional.... Connie and her staff ( Suella ) was great to work with. Down to earth locals helping locals. I'd recommend them to everyone. I'll surely be doing my taxes with them again. Ohhh and the cookies are GREAT too. See you guys next year!!!!
