Was excited to try Meadow Gold whole milk, being that it's local to Hilo. Was not pleased with the sour taste. Purchased today from Hilo target. They were out of stock yesterday, so freshness should be prime. Expiration date is in 16 days. Unfortunately Organic is worth the price longer expiration and more creamy.

I’ve grown up with Meadow Gold milk. Despite the sale (and imminent closure) of the dairy’s properties on Sheridan Street in Honolulu, I hope it will continue to be sold in Hawaii. I still remember there was an ice cream production plant in the corner of Beretania and Keeaumoku, now the site of a medical office building.
