I signed up for Direct TV April 2nd. I spent hours at the store then on the phone with a sale executive who quoted me prices and packages. When the onsite technician came to install they told me that I needed much more than I was told. Them worst part was that they said it would cost me 20.00 for installation and it was 90.00. They do not know what they are talking about and when I went back to confront the manger with the situation she did NOTHING. I would never recommend these people they do not know what they are doing.

After waiting three weeks for an installation to occur my install was canceled the morning of. After rescheduling for the next week my install was canceled again on the morning of. I will never do business with this company again.

Microcom was great they're very friendly and set me up with internet no problem.
