THE BEST! I have had the most brilliant week cruising all over Hilo on a mountain bike rented from Frank at Mid Pacific Wheels. Frank set me up with a lock, patch kit, tube, and pump; he tuned the bike, and I have been out riding every day, having a blast. Great service from nice folks. Mahalo!
