The staff and management have always treated me with great courtesy, kindness and professionalism. Whenever I had an emergency, they took care of my car quickly, even when I had no appointment. I am always very satisfied with the work they do and I would recommend them to anyone, without hesitation or reservation.

Update a year later.
I have truly become a loyal customer. These folks went way out of their way to be helpful and gave me the best service I could imagine. I trust them and appreciate them.

A few weeks ago I hit a rock that shredded my tire on my way to work in Hilo, and I had to drive to Waimea that evening. I called and Lori A. answered. She assured me they could help and they had my ties in stock for same day replacement. Their thorough report was helpful and she also showed me the tire once it was removed to explain the damage. So grateful for their kind and speedy service last minute on a Friday. Mahalo!! -Casey

? GO TO THIS SHOP! ?
I went to this location in a frenzy because my water pump had gone out and I was stuck in town. They were able to get me in early on a Saturday morning and even though I was told the diagnostic fee would be charged regardless, since they did not have the tool to fix my car they did this comped the service.
EVEN THOUGH they could not provide the fix- Lori, went way, way beyond out of her reach and means, calling around to anyone and everyone that she might know with the tool to complete the repairs. She got me numbers, she made a list, it was a true shining example of what customer service could and should be. The effort that she showed, the care, the compassion and the concern, was unprecedented. I have never experienced such kindness, diligence and professionalism in a auto repair shop. It's only all businesses had this kind of bedside manner!
