“The vehicle pickup process was very easy. I was dropped off at the entrance by an Uber. They asked for my ID and then directed me over to the window where the employee looked up where my vehicle was. I was taken to my vehicle in a golf cart by another employee. I inspected the vehicle and then drove it out of there and that was that. The whole process took all of 15 minutes. Overall, it was very easy and quick.
The only thing I wish was that they offered some type of online tracking once the vehicle has shipped. I feel like every company has shipping tracking nowadays (Amazon, USPS, etc.). I was surprised they didn’t.”
“Been doing business with Kona Trans for 5 years. Never had an issue with them. They call when I receive a shipment, and it's always ready. The folks have been consistently helpful and friendly. I've read some of the negative reviews here, and the only thing I can say is if you want to know something, ask and don't assume they will tell you. You don't know them and they don't know you. They're extremely busy, and like Hawaii, if you're in a rush for them to move for you, the island in general will piss you off. Slow down and enjoy the lifestyle!”
