Very reasonable prices and they did a great job
Just went back again today and another wonderful experience at nail tech. They are very cooperative about getting you in when you need also. Really glad I found them. Location has lots of parking too.

I gave this place two chances. I am not at all picky about my nails I just want a decently sculpted said nothing fancy I am not a nit picky perfectionist by any stretch of the imagination. First time the tech left me with obviously visible lines between the pink and white- it was not a blended ombre at all, and the nails were clownishly thick at the base to the point they looked like bird talons. I foolishly went back (I know?) for a fill with a different technician who rushed through it, leaving weird lumps and gaps that don't cover the sides of my natural nails, and still I'm left with obvious lines. At $70 including 20% tip for the full set and $50 including 20% tip for the fill, I have spent $120 for nails that I absolutely hate and could've done better myself with a kiss acrylics diy set from Walmart. Fool me twice shame on me, I will not be back- I wish I knew where to get a decent set done in Hilo.

Always love stopping in for nails, waxing, and lash work. I usually stay with one tech, so it's consistent, but I've never had a major problem when I've had to switch techs during a busy time. Highly recommend.

My wife went for manicure, all she got was a poor trim with no further work. Pedicure was the same disappointment.

Always love stopping in for nails, waxing, and lash work. I usually stay with one tech, so it's consistent, but I've never had a major problem when I've had to switch techs during a busy time. Highly recommend.

We had appointments for 2 pedicures and 3 manicures at the same time. The two pedis were seated and water prepared. One pedicure was started when they told the other she would need to wait because a customer who had the same time appointment and came in after us would need to go first! Meanwhile the three manicures sat out in the wsit area. At 20 minutes past appointment time one manicure was started and the second pedicure began. The first pedicure was finished within 15 minutes because there were rushing to get to the manicures!! At one hour past appointment time the last manicure still sat in the waiting area! This is such a poorly managed salon that no one should ever come here!

My wife recently had her nails done here. The person who usually does them wasout sick. The lady who did them was awful! She was rough, nicked my wife 4 times and she was very rude. The rest of the salon seems great, but NOT this one person.Service: Manicure

IF YOU'RE GONNA APPLY NAIL GLUE OVER A BLEEDING CUT, AT LEAST DISINFECT IT FIRST!!!!!!Got a full set which turned out very pretty. However, the lady who shaped and filed my nails cut me twice and wiped it with her dirty gloves and towel, then proceeded to apply nail glue on it after pressing on it in an attempt to stop the bleeding. She also rough handled my fingers while buffing them after I flinched when she cut me AND gave an attitude. I never once gave her an attitude and she also applied the glue after I literally said "no need glue." I wiped it off after.They also seem to use the same drills, files, and buffers on each client. This is probably the most unhygienic, unsanitary nail salon I've been to. Will not return and don't recommend unless you don't care about getting cut and getting potential infections.They should have a plan for when they do cut people because accidents always happen.NAIL TECH, KEEP IT UP AND ONE DAY SOMEONE WILL SUE.Service: Acrylic nails
