Got locked out of my car in Hilo, was told it was going to take an hour to reach me because they were at another service request but they came in 30 minutes! Keali’i came and unlocked my door in less than 5 minutes. He’s kind and super quick! Would definitely recommend for others who are stuck in the same situation!

Definitely our go-to from now on. They responded faster than they originally estimated. Talk about experienced, professional and quick to get the job done (without cutting any corners). What really blew my mind was that they didn't wanna accept a tip! It caught me off guard because it feels like workers now days are more likely to expect tips than to kindly decline them! She was also nice enough to give us a coupon for a future service, even if she also said she hopes we never have to actually use it. Lastly, although there was some background noise from her being in a moving vehicle, she was welcoming and professional on the phone. As you all know, that's been hard to find lately! I'm telling you guys... call Nat's Towing! You won't be disappointed!!!
