Many note that associates deliver quality products, make great suggestions, go out of their way to help, and treat customers like family. The customer service at the print and shipment counter is called the best. Specific teams and management are praised for being kind, caring, fast, and responsive. However, significant frustration is expressed with the company itself regarding its rewards program for reviews, with customers reporting an inability to receive promised rewards despite escalation attempts. We have recently needed a lot of printing for our new business and every time we come in we get top notch service from the women working at the full-service printing station, as well as the cashiers. Overall the customer service here is excellent! 🤙

Office Max is one of the only place to find office supplies. They have decent prices and a helpful staff. There is also a frequent buyer’s club that you can join 😃

I received five star help here today at the printing section by a nice young man. Also purchased beautiful frames here for what I was printing… and there’s quite a lot of office furniture there now I think I’m gonna go back and get a desk and chair set on Black Friday.
