Don't believe the discount signs, most recently they had a sign that stated,"Almost Everything 50% off!" As a matter of fact the real fact was that almost nothing was 50% off. Upon questioning one of the employees on this issue, she expressed that she shops elsewhere. Very telling and honest comment there. I'd advise you too, to shop elsewhere.

I went to the Hilo store today, and I just gotta say: The staff here are really fun, nice, and helpful. They made my partner and I feel so welcomed. This is a great place to shop, and a very well cared for location! Mahalo for keeping it fun! Can't wait to go back.

My daughter bought $40 sandals from oldnavy with the last of her money. We bought the shoes and then the first day she wore them the broke! That same day I tried to return them, but it was said that they were in too poor of condition and we had to keep them. They were being super rude. My daughter was super upset and unhappy with oldnavy. It was a rip off; don’t waste your money by buying stuff from them.

I'm a regular customer at oldnavy and i've been helped countless times by very helpful employees, but today the customer service was on point (i think their names were kaylee and chayce). I like to come later in the day on friday's because i feel the customer service is much better than in the morning. The store was very neat and appealing to look at. I was greeted by a lady in the back at the door who was in black boots and if i recall correctly...her name was rena. She jumped eagerly to help me find shorts for my son and took the time to offer me a variety of options. I really appreciated the help that these 3 workers all gave me. Another occasion last week wednesday involved different employees. A very nice young lady dressed in green greeted me and assisted me into the fitting room and checked to see how i was doing in there after awhile as well. I think her name started with a B and i was very appreciative or her work effort. The old cashier with the tattoos was a little sassy towards me and she seemed to have a stick up her butt. Her name was Tracy and i wouldn't recommend checking your items out with her. I'd recommend going to another cashier or simply walking out the door with them so you don't need to interact with her.

Cashier pushy trying to get me to apply for card. I told her in several different ways no I don't want it. She kept going. Didn't listen at all. I was furious I almost had all my items returned. Made a scene
