If I could give zero, I would. I heard about this being the cheapest place around, and when I walked in, it was suddenly expensive. From the get go, she didn't want to help me. Rolled her eyes. Then tried to charge me over 30 dollars for the cheapest vape. Why? Because I'm white. Thanks for showing aloha.

My brother an I use a tobacco pipe on occasion. Paka's was on our way back to where we were staying. I remember stopping there a few years ago. The same sweet little lady was working today, she helped me get what we needed. She was kind, as well as efficient. I will stop back by if needed on our next trip to the big island, as she provided me with great customer service. Some of these reviewers really need to realize that you get the service you deserve. Lighten up, relax and be kind.

If you prefer to shop somewhere that treats you like garbage, this is the spot. I've run into some rude employees before, but this place takes the prize. I will never return, nor should you. The prices are highly inflated almost to the heighth of the employees' ego.

The woman who runs it is pretty neat. Reasonable prices for products that perform well.For vapes, she opens the package for you to ensure it works.the first time I was there I wanted to use it then so I took the box, shoved the vape in my pocket & left.Today, same thing but I didn't want to use it straightaway, so she put some kind of sticker on the bottom holes to maintain freshness.She was friendlier this visit.

I asked for box of Raw cones and they charged me 7$ for it!! Cone 6 pks are 3$ max only purchased to support Local biz . the only good thing was they had authentic Raws but the employee had that DMV worker type attitude the minute you walk in. Save your money and wait to buy at Irie in Hilo !
