Pasha is the absolute worst company to work with to ship your vehicle to Hawaii. I have used them twice and both times were a ultimate nightmare dealing with them. Save yourself time and a heart attack and go with matson. PASHA is total garbage!

DO NOT UTILIZE PASHA TO SHIP YOUR CAR. do not be fooled by the sticker price. You will end up paying in your sanity, free time, and complete lack of customer service and accountability!!!! They DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS, RETURN CALLS, or ANSWER THE PHONE. They will then try to charge you a storage fee while making it impossible to set up a date to pick up your vehicle. FIND ANOTHER OPTION.

Stay away from this company. They will charge you 3% for using your credit card. They will rip you off with insurance when you tell them no. And they add it anyway. You will have to pay extra for them to put it on a transporter and take it to the Harbor. The big rip off is when you decline the insurance because your insurance company when your vehicle has covered it even if it falls off the ship. They will sneak in $195 after you have declined it. And your credit card company can't get it back.

We shipped 2 vehicles from Hawaii (Hilo) to San Diego with Pasha in November 2019. We shipped 2 vehicles from Hawaii (Hilo) to San Diego with Pasha. A 2016 Tacoma and a 2018 4Runner. Both arrived undamaged and on time. We had no problems with communication with Pasha or pickup at Road One. The whole process was easy and without issue. While I never want to move a household from Hawaii to the mainland ever again, I would use Pasha if I had to ship vehicles again! Thanks Pasha ??.

We booked using Hawaii Car Transport because Pasha's website said they weren't shipping between California and Hawaii which is weird because that's who Hawaii transport uses. We shipped a motorcycle, the drop off process in San Diego was easy however not a lot of customer service. Our estimated pick up date was on a Monday however Hawaii Car Transports online tracking service wasn't working so on Wednesday I tried to get in touch with them, as it happened Pasha called me that morning and said it was the last day that we could pick up the motorcycle without being charged a storage fee. I told the lady that this was the first notice I received that it was available how could it be the last day I could pick it up? She told me that I should have received a call, I did not. We were able to rearrange things so that we could pick it up that day but when my husband went to get it he said it was just a lot with a storage container, he had to search for someone that worked there and then he had to help him un-strap the bike because the guy didn't know how to do it. So this is really a bad review for both Pasha and Hawaii Car Transport very poor customer service.

This company is welll known in Hilo.. When your vehicle is damaged during transit they refuse to honor any estimates you present for repair and claim your vehicle is used and will not pay for labor or OEM parts.....

I was disappointed in the service. My car was hit in transit to san diego. I was disappointed with the claims process. They were unhelpful and made it very difficult to get paid for the damage. Still waiting to be paid. Only i have to pay out of pocket then be reimbursed 4-6 weeks later due to their financing department. NOT GOOD SERVICE!!!! Would pay more for MATSON and have a good service experience!
