Prince Kuhio Plaza is the largest enclosed retail center on the big island of Hawaii. It is a nice, clean, and safe mall, good for indoor walking. It is a pretty standard shopping center and a shopper’s paradise with more than 65 stores. These include a variety of national and local flair shops, with anchor stores like Macy's. Other shops include Old Navy, TJ Maxx, Walmart, and a social security office. It is a kid-friendly place with everything one might look for. It is a great place to meet friends or family, offering food court options and restaurants like Zippys, IHOP, and Sunlight Cafe. One can grab a movie at Regal. The plaza also hosts craft fairs and events, especially for Merrie Monarch Festival and Chinese New Year, which bring cheer and luck.
Its the only big indoor mall on the windward side of the island.

We went specifically for the Anime stores and we loved it. They had so much anime in every floor. It was a nice experience.
