This is the worst experience I have ever had that involved paying a business or individual for a service. Literally any mechanic, dealership, store, tienda, restaurant, hotel etc... Kamaaina motors is the absolute worst. They charged me over 2000 dollars to unsuccesfully fix my break lights and when I brought the Jeep back around three days later because the lights still didn't work I was told they worked when I drove off the lot with it so I would have to pay to have it inspected again and then pay for more work. Instead I took it to CARSS, who fixed it for about 230 dollars, roughly the price of another inspection, and did a great job. So go to CARRS but stay as far away as you can from this dumpster fire dealership. Run. Fast. Drive if you must but not near ConTheAina Motors.

You may not have a choice as to whether or not to take your vehicle here, not many mechanics work on Chryslers. But boy was I disappointed to learn Kamaaina Motors charged me 2x what I can buy my senthetic motor oil for elsewhere, 2x! After their quote, a $135 oil change turned into $210! And then an additional brake fluid flush for $280, came with an unquoted cost for materials, like gloves, for an add'l $40. Ask for all incidentals up front to avoid surprises, and make sure your customer service representative does the homework to give you accurate upfront quotes.

This service is expensive, and the quality doesn't match the price. In my last experience there, they didn't reset the change oil. There was no new mileage sticker. Before leaving my vehicle with them, no one bothered to ask me for my correct contact number. So my truck was sitting there for three hours, ready to go. The only way I found out is that I contacted the shop.

Kamaaina Motors were really nice when we called for service. They explained how long the service would be and was able to complete this service on time. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with how they accommodated us especially during this time of Covid while waiting for our car. Thank you Kamaaina.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have been servicing my vehicles with Kamaaina Motors for over 19 years. On every occasion, I drive a minimum 58 miles one way to have it done. That is to say, I trust them and appreciate the courtesy of all their Service Advisors. The last two times I have been there, Jocelyn was the Advisor assisting me. She like the other advisors, kept me informed of the status of my vehicle was always available to answer my questions. Keep it up, we appreciate it. My 2015 dodge Durango went in for a regular maintenance check and upon being returned to me I noticed an unusual noice when I made turns. I contacted Dodge and spoke with Eric in the service department who had me bring the vehicle in the next day and the service manager, Crisiree, would take a look at it. Problem was identified, parts ordered and appointment scheduled for repair.**Great Customer Service**This is how you get returning customers!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

My Ram developed the dreaded "hemi tick" so I made an appointment to have it serviced. Shane, in service had the problem diagnosed, repaired and appropriately covered under warranty in a very reasonable amount of time. Great service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

On the positive side, the staff is always welcoming and professional. They’ve always found the problem. On the negative side, two dashboard alert lights means two diagnostics at $150 a piece. Changing a light bulb and updating the software in a control chip cost $400, which seems absolutely egregious to me. I long for my days on the mainland when the guys at Midas would change bulbs and run diagnostics for free. There’s needed repairs on my car I can’t get done just because I can’t afford it. There’s unneeded repairs that I won’t get done because I have way better uses for the $450 a new thermometer sensor would cost me.They do good work here, but good heavens it will cost you.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Took my car in for a safety inspection. I was asked if I wanted an oil change as well. I wasn’t sure as to when the next maintenance was due. The service person looked up my records and told me about my warranty, what was covered and when it will expire. I gladly accepted the oil change. I was shuttled to work and picked up when my car was done.Mahalo Kamaaina Motors service team, Eric, Pomo, Alex, Chrissarie, Lena and Nando.Thank you for all you do.Services: Tires
