Scheduling appointments online or with the Supercuts app has made it really convenient to get a haircut when I want with the stylist of my chosing. Most times there is little to no wait when I arrive on my scheduled time which shows that their allotted scheduled times are accurate. After a few visits, my stylist already knows what type of haircut I want and gets it done quick.
Stylist: Jeana has been my stylist for well over a year, once a month, before I have my weekend drills. Initially, I showed her my military ID and she knew what to do for my haircut. Everytime I visit for my monthly hair, we always continue our stories from where we left off making my visits very pleasant.

Tried to gaslight me when I showed photos of what I wanted. I Said I wanted my hair short (bob) and have it shorter in the back— longer in the front about 4-5x, but ended up making it shorter in the front and longer in the back?? As a stylist, the last thing you wanna do is give your client a triangle haircut that looks top heavy. Kept huffing and puffing when the stylist couldn’t cut a straight line and ignored everything I asked for. Over heard another stylist ask the customer for 15$ tip which was extremely rude, and of course that was an older woman. Everyone just has a god damn attitude problem there. I tried my best to not put them in their place.
I suggest ANYWHERE ELSE besides Supercuts. They clearly hire people after 5 days of cosmetic school.
Overall, after the third attempt. It came out pretty mid. 3/10 experience.
