Tried to place an online pickup order. Placed my order for 3 items (2 of them were the same thing). Order was placed at 1:33pm, went to run errands for 2 hours and i still haven't gotten confirmation that it's ready for pickup. So dissapointed!

It's target, what else can you say. they either have what you are looking for or not. staff is friendly, store is clean, price is somewhat reasonable.

What can I say? I just love target in general. You can come here with needing only one item and yet you managed to find 10 or 20 items that you never knew that you needed. There's selection of things are much better quality I feel than other places that are comparable to target. The prices here are great, especially being that you can price match their own prices online. The store is always clean and the staff is always professional and I am a lifelong customer. The only thing that I wish remained the same was the Pizza Hut near the entrance. Unfortunately no it is self serve on the pizzas are just not the same.

I've been in five times to pick up two SodaStream blue refill cylinders and each time they've said to me: "Well, we do have the pink quick-connect ones and we did get a shipment in of the blue ones but they ran out." PLEASE ORDER MORE OF THEM!

I love this target more than the Kona store the people Rock go out of your way to help you. The only negative and reason it's not5 stars, is because their "family bathroom" policy...employees SHOULD BOT BE ALLOWED TO USE IT in my opinion. Their not handicap or disabled or part of a family (when using it-their at work). I'm disabled in a chair and I require assistance in the bathroom, and time & time again every time I visit target I wait for an employee to exit the bathroom! I'm sick and tired of this mentality, Use the other bathrooms because YOU CAN, not everyone has that option! Stop hiding in there to use your . Do that on the other room.

Placed an order at 3pm called them at 9pm & they said its not ready yet. Theres 2 items on there why does it take them 6 hours with an order & its not ready yet they told me it wont be ready until tomorrow afternoon. Why does it take this long for an order to be complete. They werent even apologetic for the inconvenience. Shame on you target!

This place is Always well clean and well managed they have amazing staff and helpful as Always but I want to mention one employee that has been exstreamly outstanding in ever effort to help me when shopping and his name is Alex he works in the fridge area I almost Always see him working on the cheese area he Always makes sure everything is organised and well stocked very polite and kind he makes hoping at target out-stand every time keep up the great work

Personally, I think the Target in Hilo is great. It's a Target but it's clean, unlike the one in Kona which always seems like a bomb hit it. The staff is friendly, and for the most part they are stocked very well. Lately it has been a bit inconsistent with product but hey there is a pandemic and a war going on. Hawaii is at the mercy of shipping so it's not Target's fault. I just read that Target is purchasing their OWN ships to try and circumvent that problem. It's best to shop here in the morning or early evening. The weekends can be crazy. The parking lot is very poorly designed and can be a hassle. I just park as far back as possible where there is usually an empty spot and walk to the store. Saves a ton of time. The Good: It's Target! Friendly service and a clean storeThe Bad: The parking lot is just horrendous. Chances I'll be back: Well duh! Of course. It's where I do the majority of my shopping.

I couldn't find a spot to leave an employee review so I am placing one here. Miko was incredibly helpful (7/15) when I was having trouble finding what I needed - Miko checked in the back, found what stock was available and made sure to follow up on another question I had. HUGE help - wonderful service. Thank you Miko!

I am very pleased with the employees and supervisors. They are so helpful and compassionate towards serving their customers. I wanted to make the readers aware, however, about the other customers who are shopping around in Target. The customers need to be careful with other customers who can be very rude and almost dangerous, especially with their carts.I had a bad experience with a middle-aged filipino man who used his cart to push me completely out of an aisle while I was trying to buy food for my family. He had no care about other customers who were shopping around him. I spoke to an employee about the incident. He informed me that he will let aloss-prevention agent know about what happened. He will keep an eye out for the customer to make sure no one else could potentially get hurt. While heading toward the check-out, I saw the same middle-aged filipino man do the same thing he had done with me to another customer. Not shopping for anything in the aisle, just pushing his cart so it almost bumps into the other customer's cart. He was being such a nuisance to the other shoppers that I reported him to the supervisor. People need to be more mindful, more patient, and more respectful of others during this COVID pandemic.

5 stars for Chevelle. I called tonight regarding and order I did online. Chevelle went above and beyond to assist me. Her customer service is outstanding. I worked in customer service for the past 10 years as a Lead, an Assiatant Manager and a Supervisor and Chevelle is someone I would use as an example for my employees. Her demeanor was very pleasant. She deserves a raise. Keep up the AWESOME JOB Chevelle target made a good decision when they hired you.

We love shopping at Target. The workers are usually helpful. But in our last couple visits, we had an especially fun experience. We went to the self checkout where the employee named David was working. We was having trouble using the app so he told us it's voice activated so just "tell the register to scan my wallet from my phone". So my daughter and I say "scan my wallet". He said "oh that wasn't loud enough, try again." So my daughter does it. The worker David laughs and says "just kidding." My daughter and I couldn't stop laughing. He also does cool magic tricks that amazed us. And he even helped get an item when we forgot it. His service is over and beyond and makes our experience a very pleasant one. One that we won't forget and look forward to returning over and over again. Thank you so much for the entertainment David and for putting smiles on people's faces as we have seen you to do many people. We hope to see you again soon.
