My husband and I had to get my mother-in-law’s car inspected and approved for registration. We ran into a snag when my “mil’s” insurance card didn’t pop up with the appropriate information, so my husband and I (using 2 smart phones and a limited amount of tech savvy) had to do a conference call with his mom, the insurance agent and us. Needless to say it was much more time consuming and complicated than expected. Keith and his staff were great. Since my “mil” had been their client for a long time, they were very patient and helpful while the whole insurance complication was figured out, and went right to work once everything was sorted out. The whole process took a lot longer than expected, but they were really great about making it feel like it wasn’t a big deal on their end of things.

Great service. I have stopped here multiple times to get tires repaired. This morning, I noticed my tire was going flat and I pulled in and they had my tire plugged and I was back on the road in 10 minutes! I will definitely be coming back again and again.

This review is not for the service, it's about the poor quality gas. I've used this gas on my farm equipment and it clogs up the carburators. The culprit is usually water, it's just bad gas.

Five stars full service mechanic shop that has over 40+ years in the business in Hilo. Their service is outstanding and the price is very reasonable in comparison with the big competitors; Firestone, Goodyear, and others. I had several car repair work done by Keith and his Gang and I was never disappointed by their work or price. They do great work, excellent service and at a reasonable price. So, when in doubt give Keith a call and you won't be disappointed.

THE BEST! I’ve never reviewed any gas station or service center but they all deserve it, especially for an industry known for ripping people off, like some tire companies in Hilo. Friendly, fast, low priced. Had a very difficult to find slow leak and when they couldn’t find it someone else came to help and they were able to and got it plugged. Mahalo!

Jasmine gives awesome service! I appreciate the positive attitude she has whenever I go in. The whole team is a joy but she stands out! She did my safety check today. My license plate cover was old, cloudy and scratch so she couldn't read it very well and it need to come off. Instead of sending me away to do it myself she patiently (in the rain) unscrewed the cover and fix it for me. I know it's a small thing and maybe it is her job but I appreciated her kindness.
