I just wanted to say thank you so much for the wonderful hospitality. The sweetest cashier helped me call a taxi, which was such a big help for a traveler like me who does not have Uber. She even let me use her phone for about 10 minutes and absolutely refused when I tried to pay her for the calls. She was such an angel, and I still cannot believe I forgot her name.
The store itself was big, clean, and well organized, with a great selection. I found super cute bedazzled purses, baby clothes, workout gear, and even designer perfumes. I mean, it is TJ Maxx and the choices here are always better compared to other discount stores.

Every time I had came to TJ Maxx not one worker was welcoming or said hello! The only time I come here honestly is if we are waiting to see a movie and just need to stall time. I wont waste my time someplace that does not acknowledge their customers. I mean what happened to customer service?

It's a broker like. Very low prices without to be sure to find a model and a size, but that's the cost to pay.

The best prices, quality, styles & selection on mens tops in town! I would seldom find decent mens clothes at our Oregon TJ Maxx stores but Hilo is always stocked and with really nice pieces too. Now the only thing missing is mens shoes but knowing the TJX companies its their Marshalls stores that usually carry more shoes, so I cant really dock TJ Maxx Hilo for that...all in all The Hilo store has remained clean, organized and well stocked since day one and their friendly helpful staff really rounds out the experience!
