Im giving them 1 star based on the customer service I had. Whoever picks up the phone to answer customer questions or inquiries should be fired or replaced(its a guy). First of all, you sound lazy and grumpy and miserable as hell answering the phone. If you donât like your job just say that! Go tell your boss to put you somewhere else but it for sure shouldnt be on customer service. I asked if they carried a certain part and he rudely answers âNope not us we dont have that, we donât plan to carry itâ. Then i checked their website a few days later and then i see the part i was looking for. Unprofessional customer service whoever picks up on their main office. The warehouse guys are a lot more professional when asking questions. That clown should take a few notes from them.

I just wanted to write this because earlier last year I stopped by your shop to discuss about getting a lift kit installed on my truck. The guy helping me said he would have to call the next day to find out if he could find something for my truck. Mind you this was on a Thursday and kind of late in the afternoon. Friday came and went with no call about the parts. The reason I'm writing this is to address customer service and nothing else. Hopefully this is fixed so no one else has to go through this. Thanks for your time.

They did a killa job on my Colorado. Put a 5.5 lift on it. They also did a free tuneup after a month to make sure everything was torqued in proper still. You can tell a lot about a shop by how clean they keep it. Top Notch is spotless, and everybody in there get plenty Aloha. When upgrade my suspension, will be at Top Notch.. Automatic

BEWARE, brought my truck in for a SAFETY INSPECTION and they scratched every last one of my polished aluminum wheels around the lug nut area while removing/installing them. Mind you these wheels were purchased from them for nearly $5,000 exactly one month ago to the day! They don't care for your expensive parts but they'll take your hard earned money AND mess them up. STAY AWAY I should have read reviews and done so myself. ALSO $16,300 couldn't buy me a leveled lift, my truck was squatting (sitting lower in the rear) and when expressed that I was told I could spend $1,500 more, excluding labor to fix it. Dont find out the hard way, I did that for you already. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Called and left a message, emailed twice. No call back and no response. Very bad customer service. Called again and they shut off their voicemail. I cancelled this order but looks like theyâre going to try and send it anyway. Also, they have a very archaic system that doesnât charge you for shipping at time of purchase. They email you days later asking for payment for shipping. Terrible place. I had to file a dispute. Canât recommend.
