Guests see milkweed for monarch butterflies and beautiful GESHA and PACAMARA coffee trees, tasting the surprisingly sweet raw fruit and beans. The guide explains the sophisticated but natural on-site processing from cherry to bean with easy-to-understand insight. The interactive, hands-on roasting experience allows guests to feel like part of the team, listening for the first crack and documenting the roast. This culminates in a tasting of award-winning coffee, discussing distinct notes. The entire experience is incredibly welcoming and inviting. The guides are consistently knowledgeable, patient, and hospitable, creating a special and personal feel. The visit ends at a gift shop with the option to ship gifts. My husband and I did the basic tour with Erin, and it was wonderful! I had no idea how much went into coffee farming! You get to see all of the steps and even do a tasting at the end! We loved it!

This was a gem of a place! Four of us friends ended up getting a stellar private tour from Erin. She was consistently engaging and informative. We had quite a few laughs along the way as well. Highly recommend taking some time to visit this beautiful farm and learn about coffee!
