Stop and do the chocolate tasting! We were wondering through Hanoka'a and happened upon this unassuming chocolate tasting. First of all the chocolate is amazing and second, the woman leading the tasting was so friendly and knowledgeable about the farm and owners. Highly recommend!

We visited the little storefront in Honoka'a and the lady giving us a tour and tasting was so sweet and friendly. Chocolate is delicious and we ended up buying a few bars. Worth a stop if you're wandering through this awesome town!

The first part of your 2-hour guided tour includes a trip to our orchard where we’ll get up-close and personal with our cacao trees and teach you how we grow the trees, harvesting, fermentation, drying of the cacao beans and resting periods. The tour continues with a tasting of some of our finest chocolate. Similar to a wine tasting, we’ll teach you how to taste chocolate like a connoisseur. You’ll also learn chocolate’s rich history, its health benefits, the entire chocolate making process from roasting to tempering, and we’ll take a close look at the global industry of cacao and chocolate.
