This place is amazing. I purchased my husband’s wedding ring here when we visited in person. We realized after we came back to California that we needed a slightly smaller size. I emailed their team and Craig was super responsive and helpful. We just shipped that ring back to the address he provided and as soon as he received it, he mailed us the replacement in the correct size. It is due to arrive soon, and we cannot wait! A+ customer service!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Wife and I purchased a photo frame and a candle holder from this place, we like how some of the proceeds go to conservation. Worth a stop in Kona!

Great store with much higher quality products, gifts, and souvenirs (both koawood and non-wood products) than most in HI. Love the metal tumbler w/cool Big Island print, tea towel, tote bag. and cute straw clutch I bought. Plus your purchase helps a great conservation cause! Definitely worth a visit when in Kona!

I purchased their koa wood and resin cellphone case online and the process was painless and expedient. It arrived on time and well packaged.I have had many cases in my life and this is by far my favorite. This case is both functional and a work of art. The craftsmanship is spot on, and I love the choice of koa and resin. Now I just need to wait and see how long this case protects my phone and still looks good.If I’m ever on the Big Island I will have to stop in and see the store.

Update **** KoaWood Ranch has refunded me for the KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONU bracelet that was lost due to the defect. They have also provided a shipping label to exchange the additional KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONU BRACELET that I purchased with the defect and the KOA AND STAINLESS STEEL MENS BRACELET that broke. I am very satisfied and appreciate their professionalism.I spent over $400 here and regret it. I researched this business and saw that it benefits a conservation program. So, I thought the gifts would be more meaningful. I bought my daughter a KOA WOOD AND SILVER ALL HONUBRACELET and because the round toggle clasps did not hold together as they should it fell off and she lost it. So, before we left Hawaii I bought her one more and ended up having to order a different type of clasp from Amazon. Which shouldn’t be necessary being the bracelets were $129.I bought my son the KOA AND STAINLESS STEEL MENS BRACELET and once we got home from vacation one of the links broke.I also bought myself the DOLPHIN STERLING SILVER KOA INLAY EARRINGS. I haven’t worn them yet but when I do if they break or I have any issues with them I will be sure to update my review.I’m really disappointed with the quality of the jewelry I purchased. If it didn’t take a 9 hour flight to return them I would.

This is one of the coolest stores I made purchases from while vacationing in Hawaii. I bought a card wallet with the wood from the Koa Forest attached to it. This is where their customer service comes in. I had loose and had lost some of the screws before getting home. All I did was email Craig Villarrubia at Koawood ranch and he went out of his way to make it right. Can’t say enough. Big thanks Craig. I’m now back to using it and every time I pull it out, I’m reminded of the awesome trip we took to the great islands of Hawaii.

If there's only one store you can shop at on Ali, this is it. High-quality products across the board from the REAL Hawaii. It specializes in products made from Koa wood -- everything from key chains to jewelry. Also has a nice selection of candles, soaps and lotions. Cool authentic postcards and notebooks, as well as some high-end Hawaii clothing in the rear of the store. Sales people were earnest and helpful. Not pricey either. Go!

I bought this koa wood apple watch band in June 22 and ever since I've used it, the watch clasp keeps popping open. I have to close it about 15x per day and it's very annoying. You'd expect a decent quality for the price and it's probably made in China. I thought it was a nice purchase but having this issue with the clasp makes me regret the purchase. Real ones cost over $300 and why would I pay that much when I can get an actual watch. This was less than $100 and for this price it should be very decent.....NOT!! Save your money, buy a real one or don't buy one at all

This business is awesome. The store is absolutely beautiful with such a diversity of products. I wanted to buy everything in the store. The proceeds go towards conservation on the ranch. The employees were absolutely wonderful.
