Wish I could give them 0 stars. He had promised that he will change the rusty tires before we take the truck home. Purchased the truck and he said he's ordered it and will call when the tires arrive. We called couple weeks later and he said, truck was sold 'as is'. Liar and all they care about is the money. Never buy from him.

Bought a flat bed from him then he didn't want to sign the title over when we already paid. He should have known the title he gave us wouldn't be excepted by the dmv. He can't be trusted. SEE YOU IN COURT

4 Wheel Auto sold us a later model utility body pickup. I asked Mark to help with the titling. There were some hiccups due to the NEW agent the DMV had working on it. Mark was flexible and responded fast when we hit the challenges. He was apologetic and his assistant worked hard to help us get the title, safety check, etc. Later it came out that the new employee forgot to charge us the weight tax and Mark immediately agreed to pay that as well. Overall a good experience - I would work with 4 wheel auto again if they had what I need at the right price.

WENT TO CHECK OUT 4WHEELSAUTO AND SAW BLACK M REVIEW SAW A TRUCK. THAT. HAD EXPIRED REGISTRATION AND SAFETY REALLY LIKED IT AND DECIDED TO BUY IT THEY WERE POLITE DETAILED THE TRUCK BROUGHT EVERYTHING UP TO DATE BEFORE PICKING UP. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER TO EVERYONE I HAVE BOUGHT USED FROM J N CHEVROLET WITH SAME ISSUES AND THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME THING HAVE EVERYTHING UP TO DATE BEFORE PICKUP I DONT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM THAT BLACK M IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THIS IS NORMAL.

Not very trustworthy. My own fault as I couldn’t see vehicle in person due to COVID. The truck I bought has issue after issue and should have never been sold. Truck wasn’t even vacuumed out or cleaned. All the heater controls did not work. Pieces missing from the interior. The TIPM (fuse) box had jumper wire for the fuel pump due to that relay was broken. One key fob and it didn’t work right. Evidence of mayor paint work, bumper wasn’t fully tighten down, back up sensors unplugged, back camera does not work. And on and on. Do not buy from this place, buyer beware

I purchased a used work truck from 4 wheels auto and the process took 15 minutes. I didn't need to haggle on prices with the owner Mark. He's a good man who runs a small business like myself. His asking price was realistic and affordable, no pressure and he allowed me to walk around freely to checkout his inventory. He has a good inventory of commercial trucks and vans for sale. I scouted other dealers for months and no one had what I needed except Mark, he also lowered the price for me by $4,000-$5,000 because his lot was getting full with inventory. I noticed a bunch of bad reviews by other people however my experience has been positive. I am very happy with Mark's selections of vehicles, quality and prices. As our company grows and our needs for commercial vehicles grows I will always turn to 4 wheels auto to have a wide selection of commercial trucks and vans at affordable prices.Thank you 4 wheels auto for helping our small business grow while we strive to also keep our customers happy.Aloha,Calvin KamCalvin's Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

A negative rating would be far more appropriate. All one need do is peruse their website. When there you will see vehicles with seriously expired safety checks as in years past due which implies serious registration issues as well. They NEVER respond to any type of inquiries and rarely, if ever, answer the phone. If they do and you ask them about the above mentioned issues, they cuss you out and hang up. This dealership is more like a brick and mortar scam operation. I would never trust any company trying to sell the public what are basically illegal vehicles. Hawaii law is real clear regarding vehicle registrations, safety checks and insurance. If any of the three are expired, the vehicle is illegal for use on the street. It would appear that fact has escaped this dealership.

There needs to a lesser rating than a full star for this place. Like, maybe a ½ star or less. If you go to their website, you will see just how untrustworthy this business truly is. They do not respond to emails or answer their phones. They do, however, advertise vehicles for sale that are NOT legal to be driven on Honolulu roads due to an expired safety check (a 2006 Tacoma shows a 12/16 safety check!) and quite possibly, expired registrations. It's no wonder they're not BBB accredited. They would never qualify. They also have a serious problem with displaying the prices for their advertised vehicles. IF you value your time and money, avoid this place as much as possible. A dealer selling vehicles with expired safety checks - some up to 4 years! - and registrations cannot be trusted.

Most dishonest car dealer on Oahu!! I called regarding a vehicle listed on CL when I came to the lot looking for the Van the owner Mark stated that that one was sold last week and he has similar Van and I will be taken care off with his discount! anyways the new Van he asked $5k higher and if I paid CASH he would help me with the Sales TAX! this is unlawful and I'm going to report this business to DCCA and department of Taxation, I'm sure I'm not the only one he has made this type of offer, he pockets the tax!
