Today is Friday May22,25 10:45 Came down from Nanakuli and the store is CLOSED plus running a ad Bad service to us local to do business Close to fix some thing in the store for 2 hour why you don’t do it on closed or before Stor open BAD customer service No can make money plus memorial weekend sale! Super cool laid back manager. Store has a good assortment of items. For out of towners, they have the Hawaiian flag patch and a few hawaii exclusive t shirts.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Clothing and shoe selection was large and quality excellent. It was an easy and productive visit. The typical Hawaiian vibe abounded.

Well, definitely not gonna buy from this store. Just called to ask about if they had some boots in stock. They were helping another customer prior to my call, which I was totally fine with waiting until they were finished, so I did get put on hold. Then the employee answers the phone again and proceeds to help me then says sorry can you call back there is a lot of customers. Well I thought I was a customer too but I guess not. So I guess I take my business somewhere else. No matter if the person is on the phone asking for help verses being in front of you, we are both customers not just the person in your face. I'd say bad customer service on their end. Next time take the customer's number down and call them back with the answer they asked if you wanted to help the people in front of you as well. Just lost a customer willing to spend a few hundred dollars on gear.
