I love visiting 7-Eleven Hawaii. I loved the one near the Maui airport, and I stopped by here after unloading my stuff because 7-Eleven Hawaii operates like its own branch, and they have stuff that the mainland 7-Eleven's do not have. I visited pretty late on a Saturday evening, and saw the cool stuff that they have from Japan and Korea that other mainland 7-Eleven's don't have. It seems to be a pretty popular one as there was a line to get stuff checked out. They also had pre-made foods like spam musubis, inaris, spaghetti and more local Hawaiian food. It's great to grab a quick bite or a drink that you may have forgot to purchase. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience here and I still think 7-Eleven HI beats ABC Stores in my heart!

Hard working and dedicated people. Lots of hot and cold quick food options. Unfortunately there are no sugar free slurpee options. Beer sales end at 11:45.

No soft drink machine for a year now? Isn't that why people come to 7-11?

I don't recommend coming to this location - vagrants are always hanging about and entering the store. I've been present multiple times where they just walk in, take what they want and walk out (even if the employees ask/tell them to stop). There is CLEARLY nothing being done about the constant shoplifting from this location - no security guards to help assist the auntie's who work there - and nothing being done to deter the loss prevention. In the end, the paying consumer is the one who pays the price (so to speak) because all that happens is the store raises the prices on the goods. Can I blame a location for having a homeless issue? No. But I can blame a business for not ensuring employee and customer safety while being there.

This location is disgusting, parking lot is dirty, filthy, dead birds, trash all over...rubbish bin is over flowing, homeless all over...Go into the store and it's dirty, shelves are a mess, soda machine is not working but they still charge for ice even with purchasing a bottle of soda.Workers are of no help...Corporate needs to look into these matters. This location seems to do well, one would thinkThey would takecare of this and other locations!!!

Well, I'm not gonna judge the food. I haven't ate there, but everything does look good and fresh but the service that I received there wasn't good. The ladies were not attentive have things on the counter that were left there somebody didn't want it, so I go up there and try to pay for my drinks and items and get charge for it without me noticing I walk away I jump in the car and acknowledge. I got overcharged because they left items on there and charged for them.

This store by far had the WORST SERVICE I have experienced in my life. I go to 7-eleven all over Oahu to get a quick bite so I've experienced alot of cashiers, but this one was by far the absolute worst! Went up to the cashier with my bento, who was a heavy set female, she immediately grabbed the fork and said "hea!" So aggressively, then she rang up my bento and tossed it back to me, and mind you I am so caught off guard by how rude she was that I was basically speechless, at this point I just want to leave because I didn't want to say something I would regret and at the end of it she didn't even ask me if I wanted the receipt and just said "have a good day" sarcastically aggressive. I honestly don't know what this girls problem was but if anyone should have an attitude, it would be me because she was talking up a storm with the lady she helped prior to me which I assume she knew. Time and place for that. I've worked as a cashier in my life and she was horrible. Bad attitude and bad service. The homeless people outside is nothing compared to this cashiers horrible service. Still irritated!

Tried the plant based vegetable curry bowl today. I've been wanting to try it for awhile. Good curry flavor and the soy meat is a nice texture with the chickpeas. Slightly spicy, kinda Indian curry flavor.

I give up already with this 7-11 location. EVERY time I come here they either have no cups, or no fountain sodas available….or both. As you can see in the posted image about 85% of the fountain drinks are unavailable. If you’re in need of a big cold cola or slurpee, just move along to another location.

One of the 3 worst on island. Don't have essential supplies, extremely limited inventory and no real reason why. Edit: I've heard it's to keep the homeless away, but guess who is still there? Now you're failing at fixing the problem and failing at serving the surrounding community. This 7-Eleven is TRASH

Rudest clerk/cashier I have ever experienced. Went in this morning and ask for something they did not have. The hot foods were mislabled thus I thought thhey had what I wanted. (Items look very similar). Local Hawaiian female with shaved head. Snapped at me that, "We ain't got that!" in such a way that made it seem as if I should have somehow known that. Screamed, "NEXT!" each time she finished a customer. Not loudly so that they could here...screamed in a way that made you think she was going to punch you when you got to her register. Still, when my transaction was complete I said thank-you. She just turned around and walked away. 7-11 is what it is but this type of worker is not good for business. My guess is she only lasts 1 month max. Only because workers are hard to find right now and the managers are desparate.
