I love their bentos, musubis, Piikoi drink, and their hot coffee with hazelnut cream. I even their inside out sushi, tuna rolls and etc.... I especially love their sales as well.

It's very annoying. The Asians at the front desk have very good attitudes. The other waiters have a shitty service attitude. They would rather sit there than answer questions. There are several people chatting but don't want to answer you. I would rather go to a 711 farther away. I won't come to this place again.

Generally speaking it's usually always family pleasent and friendly with most of all the 7-eleven stores, but they do have a few bad apple locations. Stay turned for those locations to avoid and why.

this place doesn’t have prices on most of their products. This has to be a violation of fair trade. Will be reporting them to the state of hawaii.Besides that, it’s a convenient location

What a pleasant surprise to find Japan style 7-11 in Hawaii!! Do I sound excited? I definitely am. We stop in before our flight back home and got a food haul to last our 5hr flight home and the hour at the airport before. Everything you can imagine, fresh, tasty and economical at your fingertips! We got a strawberry sando sandwich, spicy tuna dynamite rolls, spam musubis, red bean mochi treat and Ube cheesecake tarts. Everything was so fresh, delicious and so much better than any options at the airport.

Some of the ladies are hella rude and seem prejudice. No hi no nothing - but friendly with CERTAIN people. What customer service they have. Why even work with people ?!SPECIFICALLY the two women working on march 2nd around 945-10pm

A typical 7-Eleven which, here in Hawai'i, means that there's plenty of cheap, ready-made (if highly salty) Hawaiian food like musubi and pork hash sitting in hot cases - an irresistibly dazzling display, in fact, when compared to what's available at mainland outlets. Otherwise, the footprint is compact and the selection reflective of your typical convenience store: drinks, snacks, and a small selection of toiletries and other everyday supplies. The folks behind the front desk were super friendly and patient in ringing up and selling me a public transit card even though there was a long line behind me, so kudos to them. Mission accomplished.

Am always a fan of 7-Eleven's as they are convenient and usually have what I am looking for. This 7-Eleven is good, the staff are usually friendly. I say usually friendly as there are a couple of female workers who do not look happy to be employed there...at all. I have seen them a few times and each time, they look upset and don't deliver the friendly service that they should (to represent a great store chain). The snacks that they have are great but not always available as this is a popular store, conveniently located in a busy area of town.

Very rude, didn’t want to give me change for a $10. Not very Hawaiian aloha of them :(

Spam musubis are so good. And the butter mochi. $10 for a deluxe musubi, shrimp katsu musubi, and a butter mochi dessert

7-eleven is ALWAYS the number one spot here in the islands. They have everything you need for on the go snacks and drinks. Local favorites & popular choices. Only location in this area. So... hurry and get in before it's all gone!
