I will never, ever shop at any 7 11 from now on, they stole for me. I was shopping there. I shopped there about 3 times a day at that 1 location. I bought something, and I went around the corner to ask a friend if he wanted something from 711 and I came back and my truck was being towed. I yelled at the driver. Let me have my truck. He opened his door and yelled. I said I'm shopping there! Let me have my truck. VIP towing drove away stealing my truck. It cost me $50 for taxi to go grab my truck and two hundred dollars cash to retrieve my truck. Seven eleven has absolutely no professionalism and no integrity. Very Illiterate People. Hawaii government dictates that they should not have stolen my truck: If the vehicle is in the process of being hooked up, meaning up to the point when the tow truck is driving away, and the vehicle owner appears on the scene, the tow company shall release the vehicle to the vehicle owner at a location that ensures the safety of all persons and property involved, regardless of whether the release occurs on the scene or if the vehicle must be removed from the scene to be safely released; provided that no fee will be charged to the vehicle owner under this paragraph.

The pork hash is insanely good. The service is friendly. The sushi rolls are better than the rice rolls.

Very rude customer service. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. They were mad because I needed to buy stuff. They were mad just because I walked in the store. Laughing at me when I left. It was my first day in Hawaii and they definitely made an impression. I have money to spend but not there. I will walk an extra mile to avoid this place. DISGUSTING!!!

Employees always look high off shrooms but they do their job nonetheless. The teriyaki spam rice thing I got was really good for only $1.95. Korean and Japanese snacks were good, although I wish they had more variety. Homeless/druggies in Hawaii have been rather peaceful to me so far but you never know so be vigilant.

Went there to reload HOLO card as can only reload at 7-11. And only cash is accepted. When we first bought the HOLO card at ABC store, only cash is accepted too. We also bought some buns and cold drinks. There is no 7-11 at Waikiki beach area.

Good selection of unique food items in Honolulu that have not been found elsewhere, like masubi and related food. Found it odd that their slurpee machines were not all working on hot summer days? Also, not always in the best areas that could be off putting.

When in Japan, Boston, before a soccer game or even a staycation if there is a 7 Eleven we have to go in. ***if we are not on island if there is a time change due to distance of location from the 808 we get up in the middle of the night for a light snack and a soft drink or iced coffee or iced milk tea in a can. We did a one night overnite staycation on Monday close to Waikiki. After going to a show heading back late we stopped for pho at Mc cully shopping Center. Creatures of Habit theRe is a 7 Eleven downstairs so we headed that way. After 10 pm many shops and restaurants were closed. I'm not kidding. We had to pass a group of guys with bikes hanging around outside and it made me wary. Long ago Doc taught me just look straight ahead, don't make eye contact and keep walking. In the store somehow nothing caught our eyes so we just got 2 bottles of water and an egg sandwich with the next day's afternoon expiration date. I couldn't believe the price of their little bag of chips over $7. Guess cuz Longs goes on sale 2/$9 I couldn't . Sorry.

I bought a Holo card (bus pass) here and wanted to load it with $18. The card itself is $2 so I handed then a $20. Today I tried to ride the bus and found out they only loaded it with $3. They stole $15 from me

I've seen this 7-11 on many YouTube videos. They said that this location has items that other 7-11's don't. I had to come and see for myself. I found that they had pretty much the same things except for the Coke machine and the Fresh Blends machine. The Coke machine is the one where you can mix your own flavors and Fresh Blends just turns your coffee into a slushy. We got a vanilla coffee and watched it being blended. It was actually really good. They carry all the same foods as the other locations. I saw sandwiches, entrees, musubis, manapuas and pork hash. I just had dinner, but had to get a pork hash. I love their pork hash. I seem to be eating it all the time, the regular and the shrimp ones.

Even a single start is too much for this location. I don’t normally leave a review on Google map but it was the worst service I have ever experienced in Hawaii and they ruined my night. (I also do work in the customer industry and therefore, I’m always on their side understanding their hardwork) First cashier on the left side from me kept using other language with the other cashier while I was asking questions about a bus card, but I was like okay whatever. After I paid for my daily pass and left the store, I realized that I might need to use the card on the other days. So I came back to the store, asking if I could reload one more day pass on the same card in this time to the other cashier. And this lady gave me really annoyed look and said “yeah, you should’ve loaded $15”. And when I asked if I can pay with $20 bill since I couldn’t find 50 cents, she again gave me a dirty look. I really had to ask her “if everything is alright” just in case I did something wrong or she was feeling sick. I hope no one every goes there unless they don’t mind dirty looks and rudeness.

I have been to here numerous times. The is the first time I have not had cordial service. Even when y’all had Jason it was better. Try not to yell at the patrons. Over it. You lost a customer.
