Do NOT recommend this place. They are nice when you about to purchase a gun, when you need to return it they will yell at you and treat you with no respect. I purchased a gun because I had to do it before applying for permit. They told me when I was buying that in case I am denied they will "help me sell it". After I was denied the permit I went back to the store to get the money back. I learned that they can only charge restocking fee is that fee was announced before the sale. It was not. The owner "explained" that he will charge a restocking fee 25% anyway, while yelling at me and showing he has "power". His two coworkers did not stop his inappropriate behavior. They were just standing behind the counter with pale faces while the owner yells at me and screams at me "to stop moving my lips". He was invading my space with his finger poking in my direction few inches from my chest. I had to step back few times to avoid him touching me. Two coworkers were standing still just watching. I realized I am alone with no witnesses being bullied by in the gun store. I did not want to get shot, or get provoked so I accepted a check with less 25% and left. You don't want to deal with these people. Don't recommend this place for doing any business. They do not deserve it. And they are dangerous. The only time they are nice is when you are spending money. They like that. I am filing police report, visit my doctor and report him to Att General Office.

Very poor customer service and way overpriced. Much better gun stores available. I was looking to purchase a 9mm and looked over a few different options. Chose the 9mm m18 sig, started to disassemble to check it out and the old guy got offended. Even as I explained to the guy this is my standard duty weapon as i'm LE, and there was no issue when I disassembled the m18 the last time I was there. He grabbed the m18 off the counter and put it under the glass case. No problem by me if they dont want to sell their guns thats their business . Also, this same guy bragged about how if a customer purchases a gun and doesnt provide them the permit by a certain time, theyll keep your money and resell the gun to someone else. Must be a Hawaii thing.

Very friendly and helpful. Have to use their ammo so it can get expensive. Also have a nice selection of firearms for sale. Make reservation cause it got crowded as I was leaving.

A decent range, but it’s definitely aimed at new shooters or tourists who’d like to experience shooting a handgun or an AR. Staff is friendly, but they do tend to treat you as brand new to shooting. They do not allow you to bring your own ammo. So, you have to buy their OVER priced ammo, which is TOO expensive, even for Hawaii. We paid $70 for 2x boxes of 5.56 (40x rounds). There are 4x indoor lanes, but no directions are provided; you can simply go in and shoot (standing only lanes). Lanes are a little crammed, so, expect to be hit by the neighboring lane’s brass. Also, the range is really loud, the ear pro they provide is inadequate for the noise inside the range. Target pulley system is old school, but works. Overall, a decent range, but too pricey. Okay for first time shooters, but too expensive for anyone looking for a day at the range.

I selected and reserved the handgun, revolver, and rifle courses. The precautions for the day were explained in Japanese. An instructor will be on hand to guide you, so even first-timers can enjoy it with confidence!I received an empty shell casing from the bullet I had fired as a souvenir, but since empty shell casings are prohibited in Japan, I had to throw them away at customs. If you try to conceal it and bring it in, you will be caught if it is discovered during baggage inspection, so we recommend leaving empty cartridges in Hawaii.

Highly recommended for those who want to shoot live ammunition while traveling! They can help you in Japanese, and even though I went without a reservation, they welcomed me happily. They show you all kinds of things while you wait, so you won't get bored no matter how many hours you wait. When you actually shoot, you will be given a lecture on everything from the beginning, so even those who don't know anything can enjoy it with confidence! The teacher was also there to teach us, so we had a really fun time! I would like to go there again when I come to Hawaii.
