Absolutely atrocious business practices, I have left multiple voicemails and I have called countless times over several hours just to speak to someone for an AC unit that is desperately needed for a family with young children. To add insult to injury I have also emailed them for a “faster response” and I’m still waiting. I have yet to talk to any of the employees and I am losing money because of the wait. I even gave them an additional chance by completing an entire work order while the cursor was still blinking on this review and it’s now an additional 3 hours later and I still have yet to get a reply to my email or voicemails.

They don't answer the phone. Left voicemail, no one ever returned the call. One person responded to one email but did not respond to other questions after that.

Mitsubishi's are the best units, and A/C Warehouse has been the source for me, for just about 20 years now. In my previous home my unit was almost 20 years old and doing fine! In my new home, I replaced the previous units (because of course they died right after I got the house - and it was "the other brand") with Mitsubishi units. Working from home now, I am so thankful that I have these units from A/C Warehouse

A/C Warehouse has all your air conditioning needs. I found out about this place from my uncle because one of the remotes for the AC units stopped working a few years ago. He recommended that I go and buy a new one from this place in Kakaako. Fast forward to now, well, more like September. A different remote malfunctioned so I came back to get a new one. The entrance is on Coral Street and there is street parking near the warehouse. They are currently not letting anyone inside. When you walk up to the entrance, a staff member will come out to assist you. If you're coming for supplies, make sure you have the AC unit's model number. For my remote, I brought the broken one and that didn't help. It's better to call them first to see if the item(s) you need are in stock before driving over there.

Awesome selection and great products. Customer service is outstanding. I purchased 6 Mitsubishi split units and a few Fredrich window unit. They are all quiet and run great.
