I went in person, with my mom who’s 62 and homeless with no ID, to set up a PO Box with Sharon the owner. I specifically asked Sharon if my mom could get mail there if I approved for her to have access to it with no ID. Sharon said yes and I paid her for 6 months of service.
Later, Sharon did not hold up her word. She was rude to my mom when she went to get her mail and denied her access.
I’m truly disappointed in the service here and the lack of compassion. Sharon had a chance to help a 62 year old homeless person who truly needed to get mail and she didn’t. Not ok. 😢

Sharen not only holds my mail but can also get my business cards done. She also hooked me up with another client who helped me with my website and digital marketing. A great resource and someone good to know. Been doing business here for over 15 years.

Come here if you don’t want your mail to get lost! Come here if you want friendly service! Come here if you own a business and need a physical location versus a virtual address! Come here if you want to pay reasonable prices and conveniently access your packages & letters! Come here if you need to mail things!! Just come here already! Aunty Sharon will take care!
