Went here wanting to buy a wallet. I had to flag down an associate. She seemed out of it, wasn't very helpful, kinda seemed rude/bored. I took my money over to Gucci, ended up buying a bag and 2 wallets.

Thank you Noelle for giving me a great experience at this store. I came in about 2 weeks ago looking for the Mini Pochette Accessoires in the Damier Ebene. There was only one left in Maui and she tried contacting them although it was no longer available at the time she finally reached them. She had let me know that she'd reach out to me in the future if one were to come available again. About 3 days had passed by I'd say and she contacted me again letting me know that there was one again in Maui, and that she reserved it for me! It shipped in a few days later and I went to pick it up. If you ever come to this location, ask for Noelle! She's great. A little unnecessary add lol, My serial code on my item was also the 30th week of 2019, which I thought was so cute because that week is my birthday.

First impression- walked in no one acknowledge us I'm assuming because we weren't a tourist". Cynthia Sun Serna was the sales rep who assisted us in showing us bags. There was a neo noe nior purse that I have been wanting for a while. She pulled it off the display and insisted it was the only bag available in store and continued to insist there was nothing in the back when I pointed out the flaws of this bag. She would go to the back and have it clean (she did this twice) because I could see markings on the canvas and hardware. I asked cynthia if there was another bag that was in the back, not touched or used for display- Cynthia claimed it was the only one!! I ended up making the purchase. Literally hours later walk in and find 2 different customers with the exact same bag in hand trying it out!! Cythina is a liar and so deceiving! I will never contact her nor deal with her on any future purchases!! This is horrible customer service! I'm assuming because I am a local she treated me less than normal. Please beware. I will no longer shop at this location in fact because of this!!

Update 8/12- so I came here recently to look for a pet carrier. They had one but it was too small. I started on t he first floor first and they told me to go upstairs. As soon as I got up there was someone nearby. I just saw the bag and asked to see that particular one. Mind you I had my pup with me. I had to pre order it and it came in 2-3 days later. I go back to pick it up and they couldn't find my item but eventually showed up with a second set of eyes. Omg that was the biggest box I've ever seen. Idk if that prompted for better service or maybe the amount that was spent but today was the best service ever. I was a bit skeptical cause I go there often and sometimes get snubbed. I even had people playing with my pup and they didn't even care he was on the ground. Some other people even remembered me from another day and they even gave me bottle water as I waited. Engraving is supposed to be maximum 3 letters but that didn't make sense I didn't want to do it. I mean what am I going to put. Nal. Or sim? Come on now it's a pet carrier I'd want it more personalized for them. The sales rep eventually got the ok to put their entire names on it and it came out pretty nice. She even used my dog so the guy could not say no. I mean Who could resist his cute face. Lol. I've used it a few times and it's sturdy but a little heavy. I've even gotten a follow up email from the reg associate that I purchased it from with a pic of my dog in the email. ----- 3 stars because I have a love/hate relationship with this boutique. Their items last a really long time and is super timeless. You can use their bags and wallets for years unlike some other high end brands. Most of the items are simple yet classy. Many of which is timeless and end up in higher value over time because it's a classic item. Why the love hate relationship!? It's mainly due to their customer service. Sometimes I come here and get no help at all. One time I was looking for a small card holder. There was lots of workers inside but I didn't even get acknowledged or helped. I had to ask for help and even with some help they were no help at all! I admit I wasn't dressed the part for this day to be shopping here, but you shouldn't judge people by the way they dress sometimes. I ended up going elsewhere and got a card holder that same day. I'm not sure if the service is different at the Waikiki location, but some of these workers here needs customer service training.

I walked in looking for a specific bag and approached the first person I saw closest to the door. Unfortunately they didn't have what I wanted. They did offer to order though the store but I honestly wanted it right there and now. I ended up holding off on the bag since they said the Waikiki location had only one left. I did end up leaving with a nice wallet though! Brownie points to the lady who helped me with my needs without any judgement.

High end merchandise with top notch and professional sales ladies and men! Freida helped us feel at ease and was very patient with us as we were indecisive of our purchases. Even with my 11 month old playing, all the sales associates were friendly and down to earth. I was very pleased with my final purchases and the overall atmosphere!

It was a great experience Noelle helped me and I'm definitely going to her again. There was an item that wasn't in stock at the Ala Moana store and called the other stores and found that they had it in stock the transaction was smooth and picked up my item the next day.

Subpar service at Ala Moana Louis Vuitton. It took a while before anyone even asked if we needed any assistance, and when I tried to explain that I was looking for a men's bifold card holder/pocket organizer the worker looked confused. I eventually found what i needed, but for the amount you pay, you would expect a higher level of service. The sales person was not personable at all. The only reason why I came to this location was for the convenience. I prefer the Waikiki Louis Vuitton location on Kalakaua Avenue instead. The level of service at Waikiki is WAY better than the Ala Moana location.

This Louis Vuitton store has the biggest selection of goods. They have 2 floors; the main floor is primarily SLG's and handbags while the 2nd floor holds the Men's items such as luggage, shoes and wallets. The customer service is always a hit and miss at any luxury store. I believe I visited this location 3 times while in Hawaii and each time, the associate that helped us was helpful. Obviously, they're more helpful when they think you're interested in making a purchase. It's sad, but very true. Louis Vuitton is 10% off in Hawaii and tax is around 4%. Not all items are discounted, but you save with tax alone.

This is my go to store to shop LV. Often times they are busy and it's hard to find someone to help you. A lot of tourists come to this location, but it is the one most convenient for me. They have great selections of purses, accessories, clothing, and shoes. On their second floor they have their luggage items. It is kid out nicely so you can walk around and try out the luggage. I was helped by Ricci on my last visit, and Elena this time around. Both are very sweet and helpful. I purchased the new LV luggage. I also purchased a travel size jewelry case for my jewelry. I got hot stamping done on my luggage tag that is a complimentary service. You can add up to 3 initials and a design. I chose the Hawaiian flower design. The process was quick and easy.

Walking around Ala Moana one day and decided to check out LV. The next thing I know I'm buying a bag and matching wallet for my wife hahaha. Not too sure what the lady's name was but she provided us with great customer service. She showed us a bunch of stuff that we might've been interested in, gave us some info on what's upstairs, prices, material, sizes and different colors on bags and wallets. Pretty much everything we needed to know, she told us. Some of the employees weren't very welcoming besides her. They just looked at us as if we were nothing to them but who cares? I got what I wanted and I'll be returning to the same employee that helped us out!

Worst service ever !!! I ordered boots because they didn't have it in stock. I didn't get an email confirmation when she said I will be provided with one ... when I checked with the girl who Online ordered them for me SIX days later she says it's open status which means that they haven't fulfilled my order yet ... when I had placed the order no one new how to do an online order she had to make sure she did it correct but I doubt it .. Gucci has waaaay better service, they know exactly how to do online orders or anything you need they can provide,and they actually thank you on your way out.. I will be canceling my $1,400.00 order because of this awful service here at LV

Unhelpful and rude staff. I walked around that store several times before someone noticed that I needed help. I wish I got the name of the woman who ended up "helping" me. She hardly looked at me. She kept looking around like she had better things to do. Snobby. At the end of the day, she's working retail and in customer service. When I asked about a purse, she showed it to me from its perch behind the counter and was like "it looks like this" and didn't even attempt to take it down so I could actually look at it. That was when I had enough and walked out. I really wanted to go all Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman on her and walk back in with a bunch of other bags and ask, "do you work on commission? Big mistake!" Lol The one in Waikiki is much nicer.

My husband purchased my first Louis Vuitton bag for my 26th birthday and I was super excited because I've always wanted to buy a LV bag but I hate spending so much on a bag that I might not use often or a bag that I just end up abusing lol and throwing whatever inside. He convinced me to go with him & find a bag that I liked. His reasons was so he can stop buying me other bags like Michael Kors or Tory because Louis Vuitton will last forlikeever lol. So we walked in and was greeted right away by Ricci, she showed us a few styles that they had but I was drawn to the neverfull because it's more a daily bag which was something I was looking for. I did see a few others I liked that I could use in other occasions like a party or night out so we'll definitely be back again to see Ricci. Thank you Ricci for the awesome service and for helping me purchase my first LV bag and wallet! See you again soon!

I love Louis Vuitton bags!! I wish i could have them all... went to the store today to check on a particular bag. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock, due to it being a popular item (only one in Maui). The girl that assisted us was really helpful. She was able to order the purse online. If you order a bag, it gets sent to Louis Vuitton and they will then charge your CC you left with them, they will then call you when the item comes in. I like that they have this option in store. Also if the item comes in and you don't like it, you do not have to feel obligated to purchase the item, you can always return it. Thank you Louis Vuitton for a great experience.
