🌺Aloha! Located in the Hilton Hawaiian Village Shops and others conveniently all across Hawaii, the ABC Store was great for grabbing a quick bite to eat or a snack. The retail associates were warm and helpful. Forget to pack an essential? It's there. A beach towel is now an essential too! Shopping for aloha shirts and t-shirts completes the really cool vacation experience. Saved receipts got me a free gift. Wish we had an ABC store here in Denver. Mahalo!🤙

had a mixed experience at this ABC Store.
I came to return an item, and while the refund was eventually processed, the interaction felt unprofessional. The staff asked me to sign my name on the blank back side of the receipt, which made me uncomfortable since there was no text or explanation. When I politely said I preferred to sign on the front side where the refund details were printed, the employee got visibly impatient and even said “OMG” right in front of me.
The refund did go through, but the attitude and lack of clarity in the process were disappointing. I hope the store can improve its customer service and provide a more transparent return procedure.

Best place ever, right next to our room at the Hilton Hawaiian village. The workers are very kind and helpful. They have everything you need!

Good store, nice offering, decent prices. Just really, really, really narrow aisles. Like, really narrow. Either that, or maybe I'm too wide. 🫢
Their food is pretty good if you need a late night snack.

Grab n go sandwiches and coffee are fantastic. Full selection of Hawaiian chocolates and snacks ABC store staff are the friendliest on the island 5 stars

This is a local chain of convenience stores you will find everywhere in Waikiki. Your one stop shop for everything you might need during your vacation. Souvenirs, clothing, snacks, drinks, groceries, and adult beverages. The staff is amazing, always ready to help.

It's helpful because I'm working late.
I stopped by because I needed disposable chopsticks to eat in my room, but they don't sell just chopsticks, and if you purchase a side dish, they will give you one at the register.
However, I was told that they were out of stock that day, so I received a fork instead.

We've come here literally every day since we began our vacation. These stores are located everywhere on the island! They are convenient and offer a variety of everything from hot food, drinks, souvenirs, personal care, wine/beer to household and travel items. The staff is always extremely friendly and always looks out to provide a great experience. I had a few to many things in my hands today and a staff member brought me a basket. Depending on the location, the store can vary with size and offerings. Save your receipts because you can go back at the end of your visit for free gifts.
